Instructor Table: Engine Room of Performance
On the left, the instructor table breaks these metrics down to the individual instructor level. Using one row as an example, imagine sorting all instructors by average fill rate (93.38%) or average clients per class (43.75). For every instructor, you can also see class volume and substitutions as well.

Visualizations: From Numbers to Narratives
After selecting an instructor row in the table, the data on the right comes alive through trend lines and charts. Review the 13-month visual history for these metrics, with the option to dive into the instructor’s monthly report for even more insights.
Try This Scenario: Identify Your Underperforming Instructors
One of the most immediate use cases of the dashboard is spotting underperformance. If an instructor’s classes are consistently less than half full—say a 39% fill rate against a studio average of 72%—that’s a red flag. It’s not about blame; it’s about action. Click below to play the scenario.
