2. Instructor Table: The Engine Room of Performance

On the left, the instructor table breaks those metrics down to the individual level. Using Ryan’s row as an example, imagine sorting all instructors by average fill rate (93.38%) or average clients per class (43.75). For every instructor, you can also see class volume and substitutions.

3. Visualizations: From Numbers to Narratives

After selecting an instructor row in the table, the data on the right comes alive through trend lines and charts. Review the 13-month visual history for these metrics, with the option to dive into the instructor’s monthly report for even more insights.
